I really like how the hair is colored and shaded.
The clothing is nicely shaded and has very nice detail. The expression on her face is very cute! The colors and the cotton candy, pastel palette you picked out for her are vibrant and pretty, which adds the breezy effect.

I love the way you made the clothing turn in order to add a windy effect, and the background is very nice and simple to add the chilly, cool, breezy mood and setting. The pose is very lively and cute.


I can't say anything bad about this. This is amazing!
