"She"? Do you mean Frisk? 'Cause, I've told ya that Frisk is referred to as "they" since they have no defined gender.

And either way, this is Underfell, not Undertale. Everything who was good is now evil, and everyone who was evil is now good. (Except Frisk who can literally be anything the player chooses them to be. XD ) And even if Frisk was a flirt, I doubt they'd wanna flirt with a bunch a monsters that want them dead.

Also, this is in Snowdin forest, meaning that this is Sans' first time meeting Frisk.

Most likely, when Frisk saw Sans, they tried to run, but the skeleton caught them, making them drop Flowey. And then, of course, Papyrus walks in and wonders what the heck Sans is doing.

Of course, I'm leaving the story up to audience interpretation. This is just my version of what's going on. XD
