Sugar and Tammy's story started when Sugar was born. Tammy and Scarlet wanted to create a Team once their brothers did so they needed a third member to join, they turned to Sugar. Sugar wasn't old enough to be on a team to her parents even though they were in teams when they were her age. When she came of age she joined the team, the team never split sense. Sugar and Tammy's bond just got closer as the years pasted.

Scarlet Echidna: Close Friend.
Tammy met Scarlet when Dash got lost on Angel Island. As Tammy was looking for her brother she found Scarlet instead. Scarlet was not happy to see someone who wasn't supposed to be on her family's island. When Scarlet confronted her, Sonic came and found he two. Scarlet knew Sonic and then realized who Tammy was. Scarlet then took Tammy to find Dash. Once they found Dash, Tammy came back almost ever day to see Scarlet. As the years passed they tried forming a team which was successful. Tammy always saw Scarlet as a big sister.

Sol Cat: Close Friend.
When Tammy went with her mother to visit a old friend, they met Blaze and her daughter Sol. Tammy was interested in the gem on her forehead. Sol explained what it was and how it represents her royalty. Tammy and Sol became good friends once Sol felt wanted when Tammy was clueless about things. Sol then became a team with Tammy's brother Sage, and another friend Molly. Since then things haven't changed much between them.

Molly Robotnik: Close Friend.
Dash was good friends with Molly's brother, so he wanted to introduce Tammy to Shade to see if she would be friends with Molly (at the time Molly didn't have friends). So when Dash introduced Tammy to Shade, Tammy fell in love. She became very interested in the Hedgehog and wanted to know more about him. Not wanting to ask him the question herself she found his sister Molly and asked her. Molly suspected Tammy liked her brother so she would pester Tammy about it till she admitted it. Molly felt different after knowing someone's secret for the first time. She asked Tammy what this was and she said it was friendship, from that day forward Molly was a changed hedgehog. She tried being friends with people, she ended up being great friends with Sol the Cat. They formed a team with Tammy's younger brother Sage. If it wasn't for Tammy, Molly wouldn't be the same hedgehog she is today.

Shade Robotnik: Love interest.
Ever since Dash introduced Tammy to Shade, she feel like she's in love. Of course she would never tell him cause she wasn't sure if he felt the same way. One day Tammy was captured (for the first time) and Shade ended up saving her, she never felt so loved. Ever since that day she knows Shade feels something for her even if he didn't tell her.

Flare Hedgefox: Arch Rival or Enemy.
Tammy and Flare never have got along. When they first met they didn't get along so well knowing the fact that their father's don't like each other. But Dash is in love with Flare and doesn't want Tammy to interfere. Tammy tells Dash to stay away from Flare but he just won't listen to her, no matter how hard she try's. Even though her brother tells her not to interfere Flare's Team still fights Tammy's Team.
