えーっと、歴史に詳しくはないのでアレですが、
確か神聖ローマ帝国は、ドイツやオーストリアを含む連合国家みたいなもので
ゲルマン人による帝国、という意味に近いかな。
1806年に帝国は解体してしまったので、ヘタリア内で成長した姿で
出てくることはたぶんないと思われマスー。
