You completely do not understand. I supposed to say that this one looks not like typical gnome-related. It's more like bspwm or fvwm.

It's just a gtk3/gtk3 theme. And you can make it work on anything. The gtk themes I use on i3 looks the same on xfce, openbox, cinnamon or gnome-shell, because there is no difference in the gtk theme.
