SCENE 4(Violet, Joseph and Damien walk on stage, Damien and Violet bickering.)
Joseph: Wait guys. Do you smell that?
(Violet and Damien stop and look at Joseph)
Violet: Smell what?
Joseph: I don’t know, but it smells different all of a sudden.
Damien: You’re right, it smells kind of spicy.
Joseph: How does something smell spicy?
Damien: I don’t know it just does!
Violet: Curry!
(Damien and Joseph look at Violet weirdly)
Joseph: What?
Violet: It smells like curry!
Damien: And how would you know that?
Violet: Curry is my favorite food! Of course I would know what it smells like!
Joseph: I didn’t know that.
Violet: Well you learn something new every day.
Damien: I think it’s coming from over here.
(They walk over to the other side of the stage cautiously and find a man sitting in front of a fire.)
Violet: Simon?
Simon: Well if it isn’t Violet. Might I ask what you are doing here?
(The three of them draw their swords.)
Violet: I would like to ask you the same.
Simon: Now that’s no way to treat an old friend.
Joseph: Old friend? Last time you guys saw each other you tried to have her killed.
Damien: Where are your goons now?
Simon: You have no need to worry Damien. They left me on this island.
Violet: And you will be staying here for eternity.
(Violet sheaths her sword and walks past Simon.)
Joseph: Captain?
Violet: There is no point in staying here any longer. Come on we have to leave now.
(Damien and Joseph sheath their swords and follow after Violet but before they get off stage Violet stops and look at Simon.)
Violet: If I find out that you are following us I will not take it easy on you.
Simon: Wouldn’t dare to, Captain.
(Violet, Joseph and Damien walk off stage left.)
Simon: No one sane would dare oppose that crazy woman.
(Simon gets up and walks towards stage left.)
Simon: Good thing I’m not sane.
(Simon walks off stage)
