Hi guys
Here we go again! So I wanna mention again ... (because somebody told me who read my whole written FF) ... that Yamcha will be ...maybe too jealous xD It's my interpretation and I am fine with it. Still ... I feel sorry for him ^^' I think he gnaws on the possible future and that leads to his future actions. So enough of talking have fun!Next follows asap.

I like how Bulma and Vegeta are arguing. But maybe that was one of the reasons they fall in love. After all, Saiyans love strong willed women. XD

you touched on something here that has always been a head cannon of mine - I think that part of what made Bulma skew away from Yamcha and towards Vegeta was that Vegeta trained furiously during the 3 year gap and Yamcha didn't. He got jealous over Vegeta using the gravity simulator to train all the time and then nearly killed himself trying to use it, and then after that point he didn't try so hard or take it as seriously. I think he gave up in his heart right then and decided that the battle with the androids was going to be won or lost by the Saiyans. Krillin and Tien never gave up, and both of them turned out to be of crucial help during the android saga. Yamcha had two moments of usefulness - getting punch through the stomach so that everyone else could locate Android 20 by Yamcha's vanishing ki, and flying Goku to get his medicine. He even said he wasn't there to fight (I think? Oh well, he definitely said that before the Cell Games), and I think that Bulma isn't attracted to someone who gives up when the odds are too high.

yep that's what I think too and that's the reason yamcha got almost killed again while Tien was at least strong enough to hurt/detain cell a little bit - and he's no saiyan. tien was btw. one of my favorite characters in the original db

Im guessing thats Yumcha's downfall that he spy on them all the time.
Means maybe Bulma cant really trust him. And she feels he dont belive
in her or something like that? I really love the way you opend up the reasons
why Bulma start to like Vegeta. Thats something that lacks in the anime. Im
not sure if they are more detailed in the manga. Have not seen it. Makes me thinks,
I should try to get my hands on that one day. XD

It totally lacks in the anime and in the manga it's even worse. there is absolutly no timespan from these 3 years. only "yeah see u in 3 years" and then bulma has the baby xD so nothing from akira. we can just guess what happened. You def have to read the manga

I think Bulma was in love with Yamcha as a teenage crush when she
was younger. And kind of grown out from it. And Yamcha has always been a
loner since we all know and maybe is afraid of let it go, simple he maybe dont think
he can find someone else ? Never know. X3 Because it was basic, Bulma who picked him
and made him to a stronger person.
Oh wow really? Normally its more detailed in the manga. Hehe how about that. XD !
Then its good you but some meat into this story and make it more interesting in your own way.
In fact I think the version you do right now works really well and could for sure been part of the
real story.

IKR?!! I was always kind of irked by that, but Toriyama was never all that big on romance. What a shame... But, luckily there's fanfiction hehe!!
Although nothing's really been said regarding what happened in the "3 years" (other than the fact that Bulma dumped Yamcha and afterwards it just "happened" with Vegeta), given B/V's characters and similarities to one-another (they're both stubborn, spoiled, selfish and petulant hehe), it's safe to draw a few valid conclusions.

Dragon Ball doesn't have to have that much romance.. but just a little! it's better with this vegbul thing in super (where bulma got slapped) at least. It's okay that db is about fighting and getting stronger!! but still I hope there will be a bulla moment ... or anything like that 
yep all we know is from trunks when he said "yeah she broke up with yamcha didn't work out etc. and that veggi was lonesome" that's all xD it's also nice to read ffs which doesn't follow these exact guidelines

I know, a little bit is necessary just to understand how a character progresses, e.g. we saw how Gohan changed Piccolo a little bit, so why not do the same with B/V. Hell, it doesn't even have to be romantic. The anime shows a nice moment or two (most notably, the gravity room explosion), which I like, but the manga just dodges it altogether...

We know Vegeta eventually developed into a better person because of Bulma and Trunks, but that's about as far as it goes.
I don't know, maybe it's because the whole B/V get-together irked most Yamcha fans and B/Y shippers, especially Yamcha's Jap voice actor Furuya Toru. He was so pissed about that hahaha (cause he's a big Yamcha fan, no surprise). But really, Bulma's relationship with Yamcha was literally going nowhere. All they ever did was break-up and after 12 years or so, they still weren't anywhere close to getting married. It clearly just wasn't a practical relationship. B/V wasn't either, in the beginning, but that changed over time (especially post-Cell and later, post-Buu).

Maybe they always were together because there wasn't anyone else and they got together again and again. I dunno we never saw Bulma with another guy than veggi or yamcha o_o I guess it was that kind of relationship where you can't get away from someone even if u know it's going into nowhere .. I hope you get what I mean XD I am talking so much.
vegbul have so many years where both of them change. I mean look at bulma on namek .. she's still kinda .. the superficial person (looking at zarbon).

Exactly!! Pre-Vegeta, Bulma would swoon over any handsome guy she saw (e.g. Pamput, Goku and Zarbon), but with some level of exposure to Vegeta, she doesn't really flirt (if she did, she definitely would've flirted with Trunks, but the most she did was wink and smile at him) and then when she's a mother, she fully matures and we don't see any sign of flirting from her whatsoever. There's a definite correlation between that development and her relationship with Vegeta!!
YamBul was a little interesting in the beginning, but afterwards, it became plain boring, tedious and just annoying. VegeBul on the other hand, given both their characters, is definitely packed with excitement and explosion (and probably some super-kinky alone-time as well hahaha).

PPS: may I mention something? I'm a little confused by these changing black and white monologue boxes (is there a name for it? xD). It sure is because of the changing background colours? It optically suggests there are two different kinds of content while it's all about the same. It sure is a matter of taste and no big problem, I just wanted to note it^^

Hahaha I just laughed so hard. You're so right - he is a killer that's what we always forget (Ok I forget it) and Bulma now at earth too. I think she knows that he wouldn't hurt or (or at least won't kill her).

;D I know, sometimes it's forgotten, and okay - he changes a lot over time. But I like to think that still, it is part of his personality. He might not prefer it anymore, but he sure can still be cruel without a qualm, if the circumstances permitt it. That's why I found the Majin episodes at the end of DBZ so interesting, it gives an insight into his motives and what he is willing to pay for what he really wants. He's complex and sinister, I'd always prefer him to good but naive Goku 
But so true - drawing Veggie is not easy xD At least you have Bulma. The only character I can do in acceptable manner is Scratch x'D

Yeah that's what I love too. Everyone thinks (at the beginning of the buu saga) that he is now peaceful and so on. but after becoming majin vegeta people realize who is really is/was and his motives are.

he totally is difficult and I don't wanna ruin his beautiful face. it's so perfect. toriyama did something good with that. escpially at the beginning of the namek saga (before that he looks smaller and .. a lil bit different).

Yeah, his facial expression is kinda difficult to catch... it differs from the others, somehow, Trunks is the only character who really looks alike him. And true thing, before Namek I guess Toriyama focused more on the size difference between him and Nappa to amplify the surprise about how powerful Vegeta is when he finally enters the fight. I mean he looks like a late teen on Earth, though he has to be ~30 xD I already liked him a lot there, but you're right, on Namek he looks a little older and prettier

And what I heard Toriyama intended to kill vegeta on namek.. like really kill him xD a never coming back like nappa. but he was so popular that he couldn't do it. glad it happened the way we know
Yep on namek there was the german voice actor change. Now I don't like both german voices I only love the japanese seiyuu
The german voices had there weaknesses... ziesmer was a perfect voice actor - but not for vegeta. you could really feel his feelings but.. the voice.. spongebob xD
and siebeck was a good voice for vegeta but sometimes I had the feeling that he didn't mean what he said.. like the screaming was without feeling sometimes.. (maybe it's just my opinion XD)

I read similar things... obviously he just kept Vegeta because he needed a saiyan to create Trunks. The other option would have been to make Goku cheat on Chichi, but that would have been too ooc for good-hearted Goku (seriously... I always thought that Goku has a really deep understanding of friendship and loyalty, but he doesn't know what love is. The real love couple definitely is VegeBul (at least in my opinion
hahaha I have to think of early Veggie everytime I see Spongebob x'D He reminds in the french voice (which makes it quite horrible to watch DBZ in french xD) But I truly love Siebecks voice. I (accidently xD) have an audiobook spoken by him - listening to him reading Peter Hamilton is very inspiring, and there he has so much drama and feeling for the situation, even without any supportive pictures. But Horikawa is a great original voice. I'm just not so enthusiastic about the japanese original because of Gokus hilarious Mickey Mouse voice xDDD

so jetzt wechsel ich mal auf deutsch kurz xD Was für ein audiobook hat der denn gesprochen? ich mein hab mal gehört dass er auch hörbuchsprecher ist .. bzw. ich kenn ihn sonst noch aus two and a half men wo er die stimme des herb hat ... aber er ist für mich als vegeta eh erst vor kurzem gestorben als ich battle of gods zwangsweise auf deutsch sehen musste auf einer convention ... das ist nicht dasselbe.
und ja goku der von einer 80jährigen gesprochen wird xD irgendwie hab ich mich schon dran gewöhnt (tommy morgenstern ist halt doch der beste goku sprecher aller zeiten ^^)

Ich glaub nicht, dass ich DBZ so toll gefunden hätte, wenn Vegeta relativ zu Anfang draufgegangen wäre .__. bin auch echt froh, dass das so gekommen ist... Toriyama hat es wohl nicht ursprünglich beabsichtigt, aber mal ehrlich - ohne Vegeta würde das irgendwie alles nicht funktionieren. Goku braucht nen Gegenpol, der mit ihm mithalten kann. Und Vegeta ist streckenweise einfach ein brillianter Antiheld ^__^
Das Hörbuch heißt "Fehlfunktion", von Peter F. Hamilton. Es ist (wie ich erst später merkte) schon Teil 2 des sog. "Armageddon-Zyklus", eine Art Science Fiction Epos. Siebeck hat ihn wohl komplett eingelesen, aber die Hörbücher sind so teuer, deswegen hab ich bisher nur das eine, das mir mein Bruder mal geschenkt hat
... BoG ist deutsch synchronisiert worden? Omg heißt das, dass uns das mit DBS auch noch bevor steht...? Die Stimmen sind gut, aber die Übersetzungen sind immer so grottig >___<

ja is diesen august rausgekommen und bei der aninite in wien hats den auf dem großen screen gegeben. war eh lustig dennoch war ich enttäuscht von vielen stimmen und den furchtbaren übersetzungen. aus "my bulma" wurde einfach "meine frau". das ist einfach nicht dasselbe.......

Also diese Armaggedon-Serie variiert je nach Teil zwischen ~30-40€, und es gibt 6 Teile plus eine dazugehörige Kurzgeschichtensammlung. Sie sind allerdings immer um die 25-28 Stunden lang, weil die Bücher alle 800-900 Seiten haben, laso man kriegt schon was für sein Geld. Ich hab gestern übrigens mit meinem Bruder telephoniert und er meinte, es wär doch kein Zufall gewesen, dass er mir was gekauft hat, was Siebeck liest xD Klar haben wir früher zusammen Animes geschaut, aber dass er sich noch erinnert, dass ich genau diese Stimme so toll finde... bin eigentlich auch nicht so für Hörbücher, aber als ich letztes Jahr so böse Grippe hatte, dass ich nichmal mehr mein Loveccraft-Buch hochhalten konnte, hab ich es auf Youtube gefunden und mich einfach davon berieseln lassen^^
Ach das klingt ja wirklich blöd .__. Ich mein es bedeutet bei den beiden ja schon was, wenn er ihren Namen benutzt... aber dank OmU wissen wir ja glücklicherweise, was eigentlich gesagt werden sollte :3
