I been having a lot of negatives thoughts recently and not only that but I also I think a have a phobia to the death....it makes me feel awful.....
And I try...to think positive.....it works for a while but somehow there is always something that makes me feel like garbage....like my mind is trying to make me think that I'm a awful person....
