Portlandia is a nation that’s part of the Pacific Confederacy of America [PCA.] The PCA is a republican-confederation of the former west coast states (Washington, Oregon, & California.) The nation separated from Oregon and became autonomous with its capital, being no other than, Portland.

I’m working on an ALT-History for the USoA, but I procrastinate so much and have new ideas damn-near every few days I tend to forget about old projects; but you will see more of ALT-History Flags so stay tuned.
