Created using Lord of the Rings & Hobbit Scene Maker on Doll DivineI'm really proud of how this piece turned out, but there's a slight awkwardness underlying it. I am HUGE Game of Thrones fan and- probably like many viewers- haven't read Martin's original books. I know there's always modification when a story is adapted for the screen (plus a lot of bitching among the purists), but after reading the book-verse descriptions of the Sand Snakes I was slightly disappointed at the way the series portrayed them. Don't really know where my loyalties lie at this point.
I created this based mainly on the book-verse descriptions and partly on the series versions, trying to match the details of each Sand Snake as closely as possible:
-Obara: severe demeanor, practical clothing, limited colors Β
-Nymeria: long braided hair, feminine clothing, overall beauty
-Tyene: cunning expression, blue and white dress, deceptive sweetness
-Sarella: dark skin, curious expression, brightly colored "Summer Islander" clothingΒ

I've never seen the show, or watched the books, OH FAIL!!!!!!!!!! XDDD Or READ the books!!!!!!!!! XDDD I've never watched/read Game of Thrones, but I really like the dolldivine game! It's really good for realistic looking characters! To be honest, I've never really been interested in the Show/Books....... the books primarily being because I didn't know they existed, but......... I did a little research, and Game of Thrones doesn't really seem to be my style of entertainment, anyways........ Man, I am trying SO hard to not offend you, when I don't even............ *sigh* This is a really nice picture! Even though I have no idea who the Sand Snakes really are, this is a very nice picture!

Okay, first of all, take a deep breath. You're not offending anyone. Second, I was a late convert to Game of Thrones myself (only really started watching in the fourth season), so don't worry about any lack of knowledge. Finally, the show is definitely an acquired taste, and there's plenty about it that would stretch a person's tolerance, whether they knew the books or not. Be happy
