Aww, I like the idea of this. 
There are a few things that I'd like to point out though, if that's ok?
The first thing is the loop. I know you said it was difficult to make, and I think you've done a fantastic job considering it's your first time. 
The second thing is the speed that the heart is dropped at. When something drops it usually speeds up quite quickly and his the floor at a fast pace, so maybe if you could cut out a few frames to make the drop faster that'd help pull off that effect more.
Overall I think this is an awesome first shot at an emote, and I hope you continue to make more!
