I wonder who his parents are!

He dresses a bit dark, and yes, he has piercings, but he's actually a really sweet and nice boy, very shy around strangers too and very respectful. His parents taught him well :3

Not a traditional dressing for a Namekian, no doubt about that and that's his usual look, but Dende wanted Ryuteki (which means Dragon Flute) to grow up like a human so he wouldn't get lonely up at the Lookout, which Piccolo actually disagrees with, since he wants his son to know wisedom that the Namekians know, and teach him that that the humans don't teach their own offspring. He grows up with Goten and by 5 Earth years, he's a young teen.

Namek years are only 130 days, and with calculations I did, by the time a bit over 5 Earth years pass, a Namekian is already 16. So I kinda made it that Namekians grow up quite fast as children and their growth slows when they're older.
