I realize a billion people have said this but truly wonderful light source, for most people light and dark seem to be a plus negative thing, but I've notice that you seem to have a tendency to sculpt with shadow and that is so etherally beautiful. I especially love the shadow over the arm that's cupping your face. The shadow there seems to lend a nice bit of mystery to the overall piece as if to say ... guess what's going on in my heart from the posture of my body or the tension in my frame. I like that feeling of being left to wonder. I love the way you use the motif of being bathed in light while standing in darkness .... metaphorical?

I think my life is filled with contradiction and irony and shadow and light... so, yes, perhaps there is some metaphor there.
