As you can see, I'm still rereading the El Goonish Shive archives. In honor of June 13th 2004 [link] .Vlad was never able to transform back into a human, until Ellen zapped him with the V5 beam. Needless to say, she was a bit shocked....
By the way, I WANT HER HAIR.
EDIT: I improved the shading, which was bothering me. Looks much nicer now!

I used almost primarily Photoshop, with some sketching thrown in a the beginning -.- I'm slightly addicted to Photoshop. I blame my scanner. I can't load anything onto Deviantart with out running it through Photoshop first, because my scanner's picky. Verrrry picky. Picky scanners be annoying, yarr.
