Oh boy, isn't this quite the mess of colors. Luckily, I can explain this (or at least attempt to)

Marcus and Sammy (green): Friends since they were teenagers. Sammy introduced a young Marcus to crime, and they had worked together for years.

Marcus and Synthia (green): Once rivals who thought of the other as a respectable threat. Over time, this respect gave way to a very mutually beneficial relationship, both professionally and personally

Marcus and Michael (green and yellow): Marcus always did see everyone as a friend, but Michael doesn't seem to share the same sentiment. I'm sure it's fine...

Marcus and Aaron ( green and blue): The two were at odds, but after Aaron was removed from power, Marcus convinced the rest to spare him and give him a position, ensuring a positive relationship with him.

Marcus and Johnathan (blue and orange): The two don't interact much. There's not much else to say.

Synthia and Michael (red and orange): The two remain at odds. Ironically, Michael was brought in so that Marcus and Synthia didn’t split the whole thing apart.

Synthia and Sammy ( blue): Both respect each other, seeing the other as capable. They also are united in the fact that they care about Marcus.

Synthia and Aaron (blue): The two work together. It was weird to work with their former enemy, but they managed to make it work.

Synthia and Johnathan (grey and orange): Johnathan does not care for Synthia, and Synthia often does forget that he exists

Michael and Sammy ( yellow): Nothing special here. They only interact when Marcus isn't available.

Michael and Aaron ( red): Rivals. Plain and simple. Never liked each other to begin with. Michael wanted to kill him, but Marcus and Synthia refused

Michael and Johnathan ( blue): Johnathan just showed up one day, and that's how he came to work for him. They keep it professional, but they still joke around with each other.

Sammy and Aaron (blue): Co-worker pals. What more is there to say?

Sammy and Johnathan (yellow and orange): Sammy is chill with Johnathan for the most part, but Johnathan isn't on the same page. The two don't come to blows, though, so it's most just a one-sided rivalry
