Well cat ears will do the work so be sure to make them look soft or fluffy to make it cute xD and the face make sure it's cute ..to do that, for me the eyes should be big XD but not very very big..average sized nose but dont make it detailed , and a small mouth when the mouth is not opened xD ...that's how i do cute stuffs xD how it helps even a little xD

I think whatever animal humanoids i do...its the eyes that attracts it all xD so maybe focus on making the eyes beautiful xD
