Sabra's current friends were introduced to her old friend, who began to regale them with stories of the childhood she and Sabra shared. But she told a story Sabra didn't want anyone to hear: the one about how insanely ticklish her feet were! Suddenly one of Sabra's fashion choices made sense--her insistence on wearing big, thick-soled boots. She was protecting her tender soles!
With mischievous grins, Sabra's friends immediately set upon her and held her until they managed to wrestle her left boot off. Sabra tried to run, but Nanenda caught her by the ankle and she fell to her hands and knees. As she made a futile effort to crawl away, her friends attacked her sensitive stocking foot with tickling fingers, causing her to laugh uncontrollably.
