I'll just come right out and say this: I've never been good at drawing anime characters. I tried once ten years or so ago, but gave up when I realized it required a lot more effort than I was willing to put into it.

Today, I had the sudden urge to try drawing the Vocaloid, Hatsune Miku. So I went online, and clicked on one of the first pictures I came across, and used it as a guid.

For my first attempt at drawing an anime character in over ten years I think this turned out alright. Unfortunately I don't have any flesh tones, so I can't really color it in.
