Ohhh, what am I going to do with you? I have other things I need to be doing besides looking at awesome doodles, like work on my half of your art trade X) But two of those are just funny; the cross clothing in the top left corner and the the sorta bar roomish doodles in the top right hand corner. And then you have the extreme cute of Yukiki and Hanana in the top middle, at the bottom toward the right in pink, and on the opposite side of Yuki munching some cake. The others I'm not really sure about(I think I already told you I don't know much about Keroro except Yukiki and Hanana), and what's Yuki doing in a ball with orange liquid toward the center of this?

To answer your question, Yukiki is supposed to be in a capsule from a toy vending machine (You know those vending machines where you can get those keychains and what not). But as you can see it turned out to be a fail. xD
That's why it's a rejected doodle.
