Our Punisher like hero and his gopher nemesis are back!This time we have a lovely local heroine trying to tell him to tone down the whole 'using heavy artillery to kill a gopher' thing.
As said before, this whole premise is pretty much the movie Caddy Shack, just replace Bill Murray with Frank Castle. Also his new heroine friend is obviously influenced by the Carol Danvers Ms. Marvel, with a splash of Sailor Moon.
