A super powered yet scrub of a cop gets put on a simple job, sit at a desk all night and lesion to the 'Hot Line'. If any one calls for help, it'd be his job to investigate. Seems simple enough, but unknownest to him, he'll be getting a series of calls that drag him into many odd and supernatural cases.

This is one of those ideas that could work as a weekly TV show, freak/situation of the week type of deal. It's a mix between police shows, superhero, and J-horror.
