But suddenly, a huge growl came from his stomach.

His belly is brewing down like a volcano, until it began to expand.
"Ooof, I'm getting big"
The sphere continue to inflate like a balloon!
"OH.....TOO....BIG.... I'm.....GONNA BLOW!!!"
His belly was now the size of a yoga ball, and continues to stretch!
