I do not own Digimon. I only own Lilly Bayliss and her Partner Ambrose.“SNOWGAOMON DIGIVOVLE TO ………………………..SNOWDOBERMON!!!!”
“Go get ‘em Ambrose!” Eight year old Lilly Bayliss cried out to the Champion Level Digimon.
“FOX FIRE!”
“COYOTUS BREATH!!!”
The snow white Dobermon skittered backwards a few feet. He was new to this whole Digivovling thing. Since he digivovled into SnowGaomon, he hadn’t Digivovled. That was until now. He felt an overwhelming urge to protect his partner from this Digimon. He still wasn’t strong enough to fight back against this Fox Digimon.
Ambrose froze when he heard his partner scream. The Ultimate Fox Digimon’s attack had a further reach than he had thought. He turned and saw Lilly crying and holding her wrist, her face blackened with soot. Her chocolaty red hair was singed and he could see true fear in her light brown eyes. Ambrose growled and refocused on the Fox Digimon.
“No one hurts my partner,” He Thundered as his body glowed black, “You will pay for this.”
"SNOWDOBERMON DARK WARP DIGIVOVLE TO………SHADOWSKULLBALUCHIMON!!!!!”
A large skeletal black claw came down out of the black mist. All the Fox Digimon saw of his face was glowing purple eyes. There was a low thundering growl coming from the mist. The Digimon turned to run but was caught in mid-turn by a black claw slicing through him.
“Lilly!” Clare Bayliss called out to the girl.
“Mom!” Lilly ran to her mother and clung on to her.
“Is that Ambrose?” A Man, with the same colored hair and eyes as his daughter, inquired.
“I-i-I Don’t know,” Lilly whimpered.
“Clare what do we do? He’s going to level the city,” The man asked his wife.
“Luna, Daku, you two ready?” Clare asked her two partners.
The BlackGaomon and the BlackGabumon both nodded. They were watching the behemoth Digimon’s movements. They then felt the surge of power that they were familiar with.
“BLACKGABUMON WARP DIGIVOVLE TO……………..BLACKMETALGARURUMON!!!!!!”
“BLACKGAOMON WARP DIGIVOVLE TO……………….BLACKMIRAGEGAOGAOMON!!!!”
“Gil, Luca, Ready?” The man asked to two white Digimon standing behind him.
“Ready,” Gil, a SnowGuilmon said, while Luca, A SnowAgumon nodded.
Nico Bayliss point the screen of his Digivice at the two and a beam of light enveloped the two.
“SNOWGUILMON WARP DIGIVOVLE TO……………..SNOWGALLANTMON!!!!!!”
“SNOWAGUMON WARP DIGIVOVLE TO……………..SNOWSHINEGREYMON!!!!”
“See if you guys can wear him out,” Clare commented.
“Hopefully he’ll revert before we have to take drastic measures,” Nico added.
“Let’s keep him away from the city you three,” Luca commented purposely avoiding eye contact with his partner’s daughter.
The four Mega Level Digmon went in the direction Lilly’s partner had went in. As soon as the four were out of sigh, Lilly started sobbing into her mother’s shirt. Clare ran her hand through her daughter’s hair.
“It’s my fault,” Lilly cried.
“What makes you think that it is, Lilly?” Nico asked.
“It’s because of me that he’s done this. It’s because I got hurt,” Lilly answered, looking at her father with her tear stained face.
“All Digimon are protective of their partners when they get hurt. Just ask Mrs. Kimura and her partner, or Mrs. Ichijoji and her partner,” Clare spoke softly.
“I don’t deserve a partner Digimon,” Lilly mumbled, “Not when I caused this.”
“If they didn’t think you deserved a partner, then you would have never gotten Ambrose in the first place,” Nico remarked.
“But how many kids have caused their partners to do something like this?” Lilly shot back at her father.
“I have, twice. So has Mr. Kamiya. It’s called Dark Digivolution. This is the Second time I have ever seen the Digimon cause it rather than the human partner,” Clare spoke softly again.
An hour had passed and Ambrose was still not De-Digivovled. Daku, Luna, Gil and Lucas looked at their partners. Clare looked down and sighed. Nico gave his daughter a pitiful look. Lilly gave her parents a tearful nod. She knew what had to be done, Ambrose was out of control and wasn’t going to stop anytime soon.
“BLACKMETALGARURUMON….BLACKMIRAGEGOAGAMON DNA DIGIVOVLE TO……BLACKZEEDGARURUMON!!!”
“SNOWSHINEGREYMON….SNOWGALLANTMON DNA DIGIVOVLE TO……..SNOWMEDEVIALGALLANTMON!!!!”
“Bio-Merge Activate,” Clare and Nico solemnly called out.
“BLACKZEEDGARURUMON BIO-MERGE TO……BLACKZEEDGARURUMON, WARRIOR MODE!!”
“SNOWMEDEVIALGALLANTMON BIOR-MERGE TO…………SNOWMEDEVIALDUKEMON!!!”
“Please don’t hurt him too bad,” Lilly pleaded.
“We’ll try not to Sweetie,” Clare replied.
When faced with the two bio-merged Digimon, Ambrose swatted them out of the way and continued to ravage the fields they were in. SnowMedevialDukemon landed a few feet from Lilly. BlackZeeGarurumon walked up to the two, she had tears in her eyes. SnowMedevialDukemon sighed and looked over at Lilly.
“I’m sorry Sweetie but the only way to get Ambrose back is to…..” Clare began then stopped.
“Lilly, we have to destroy him to get rid of this darkness that has processed him,” Nico finished.
“O-o-okay,” Lilly choked out.
“ZEED CANNON!!!”
“GALLANT TRUST!!”
Both attacks hit head on. There was a flash of white light and a SnowAnubismon stood in front of them, then disintegrated. Both Clare and Nico appeared next to their partners in another flash of light.
THREE MONTHS LATER…..TOKYO, JAPAN, SHIBUYA DISTRICT……
“Lilly, watch out please,” Nico reminded his daughter, pulling her out of the way of a reddish brown haired girl and a brown haired boy as they ran by.
“Sorry daddy,” The girl muttered as she pulled a SnowBotamon closer to her.
“Alec! Vincent! Anna! Mind your father,” Clare called out to a red haired boy, a chocolate haired boy and a chocolate haired girl.
The oldest boy, Alec glanced over at Lilly and her partner then at his In-Training Partner whom was perched on his backpack. The Gigimon was perfectly still and he didn’t blink as his partner kept glancing over at his twin sister.
Clare sighed and then started across the intersection when the light across gave the indication that it was okay to cross. Her partners as well as Nico’s and the two youngest kids were back in the hotel room. Clare made sure there was enough supplies for the four Rookie and two Fresh Digimon.
“Ambrose?” Lilly whispered into her partner’s furry ear.
“Yes, Lilly?” Ambrose whispered back.
“Don’t ever do that again. I don’t want to lose you like that,” Lilly muttered into his fur.
“I won’t. Next time we will face it together,” Ambrose replied looking up at her.
“Sounds like a plan ‘Brose,” Lilly said quietly with a nod.
Well doesn’t that explain Lilly’s attitude towards a certain girl in Digidestined Agent 05? It’s one of the reasons why Ambrose is willing to go to such lengths to keep his partner safe.
