Oh wow, this is very cool! I love this! Definitely a favorite! There is something about the cat's eyes and Manson's eyes that looks awesome...I need to think on what it is but anyway, this rocks!

No, but I did turn it grey and raised the levels for the reference picture. Then I drew all the black parts and just went out from there going lighter and lighter with the markers... actually I did some of the black with the ink and quill thing and was gonna do it all like that but got lazy and just did it with marker half way through the black. SHAZAM!
