The orange/red/black has a calligraphy and oriental feel, but the back-drop reminds me of folklore. In any case, it feels like you made two separate elements go very well together. This may just be my favorite piece I've seen of yours, and honestly, I'm surprised it doesn't have more favorites!

But one thing disturbed my eye when I looken on - the stave ends in the very same place of some branch from the background and it looks like the branch is some kind of layer end or "cut". I'm sorry if this is intentional. Otherwise, it is great piece!
