Very good! The colors clash and blend quite nicely. Your originality of the piece is outstanding. Your technique is quite rare and hard to find, yet on the other hand the different colors such as the blue and green, cause somewhat of a clash (That's just me). The red background causes someone of a clash as well although i do like the red, i'd find a different shade of red perhaps not as dark. The different shades of red on the background look amazing and fit quite nicely. If i were you I'd make it less hectic, it's like there's too much going on. Overall that was amazing!!! Great job!!!!

It was great to hear that my technique is quite rare
I wanted to show everyone the hectic side of Tokyo and that, of course, causes a clash in culture, in people and so on. So but you´re right, I should had make it less hectic

it must be hectic , if it´s Tokyo . Despide the high contrasts the composition is in balance , nice work .
