I kinda wanna ask about hand posture--?? The only thing I can think of - is how left handers (thankfully not myself) curl their hands up over their writing (not me- I smudged ALL my writing) XDD

Well, what I do is cross my thumb across the top of my grip and into my middle finger and then--- clench super hard. Not only does this cause my wrist to flare up, but my middle finger has actually bent over the years towards my ring finger. It's like that permanently now. |'D

I must admit- I've had students with similar grip techniques-- it's really hard to break their habit (but thankfully they're young enough to change)
