there is alot. its my friend sophi, shes the one in the picture. i wrote it on there. in the background is a blocked off street, we were walking and there was a i think "drug bust" going on, thus why there are no cars. and behind the second barge, you can see a few bystanders watching the police.

i didnt know if we were allowed to, so i kind of got one while we were out of the way, the police officer was pushing us back off of the barge, the opposite way.

you can take pictures of cops, no problem.

as long as you dont get in their way, or go on private property to do it.
