I love environmental portraits like this one. The only things that I think could use improvement are the flare near her left elbow (it's too prominent in the photo and it takes focus away from the main subject) and the fact that she's not very convincing at what she's doing: working with tools on a car's brake rotor. It's obvious that how she's holding the grinder that she's not actually doing any sort of physical work. It takes a bit of credibility away from the photo's concept.

Critique:
- The grease on his skin looks artificially added as opposed to having a dirty skin.
- The grinding sparks looks added, not bright enough.
I like the overall image and her skin tone. Well done.
