i can't believe thats taken form something in THIS world.
it's wonderful. i wish we all saw the things that seemed so plain and normal so extravegant like this. it'd make people see it's that much more important to clean.

i like the soft effect, it works well with the colours and i also think it's cool that the background is yellow - adds to the 'lion' idea. although i do like the soft feel, it might have been nice to have some sort of sharper focus in the image.

yeh, im very new to my camera and its taking awhile to learn how to get sharper macro images, but hey practice makes... better... lol

haha yes, ive never really had a good go at macro photography, but i can imagin with a new camera it must be hard. how many lenses do you have? maybe experimenting with differnt lenses and angles could be the key.

i have the 18-50mm with came with my canon350d (not a good lens i know) and iv a second hand 100m-200m lens. niether are great, but on a student budget it the best i can do!
