Meta knows the Togata team since she once was saved by them at night. For now she was training with them and she would be the one that would get them to step into Turf Wars once she felt ready. She obviously has a crush on Rod...

Yen is Meta's best friend. She still hadn't seen the Togata team at the moment and distrusts them for the mere reason of predatory sounding.
Yen might keep an eye on them once Meta brings them over.
