Well, Illoai underdogs, you have been heard. She deserved a tickling scene, and I fully intended to do one, and then it turned into a full blown painting, and here we are.

Nagakabouros tests her subjects in the most brutal of ways, testing if they are worthy of the gift of life. That known, it makes perfect sense that she would test her priestess in one of the most trying ways of all, tickle torture. Illoai holds her composure (and her weight) over this pit, from which tentacles rise up from the depths and hungrily flick their tips over her toes, in her armpits, and around her torso. She is required to keep herself upright for a full 24 hours, and needless to say, failure is not an option given what awaits her below. As such, the tentacles of her beloved deity do what they can to make her release her grip, teasing the backs of her knees, prodding her sides and abs, and massaging other muscles.
