Just in time for Halloween. Neon with painted on "Dia de los Muertos" designs and symbols. It was interesting to research the many designs for Dia de los Muertos masks and make up. And I love how the shading came out. A bt dark but I still thought it was cool to make a new variation of Neon.Happy Halloween
