No, I didn't see them. They don't hibernate, but they keep a stash of food in the water under the ice so they don't have to go out during the winter. I'm thinking it's probably still a bit too cold for them to come out but I don't know really... I know I wouldn't get out of there all wet in the weather we have now! lol
