Description G3 ponies Skywishes and Star-catcher from the episode 'Friends are Never Far Away', I had the DVD when I was little (and I still have it) and I watched it again the other day which brought back some great memories, so I decided to humanize them! They're really sweet, and the episode itself is very cute! 

I tried something different with the lines to make it look nicer, and I'm pretty pleased with it! Though I did get pretty lazy with the hands! Hope you like it, anyway!!
EDIT: Okay she looked like she had one leg and it was bugging me (I was gonna leave it but I couldn't ) So I added her other leg!

Thank you!! And yeah G3 fanart can be rather hard to come by, which sucks!
And yeah I do a bit ahah I like them as friends or girlfriends tbh

Looks great Lucie! I love the hair the most especially since their hair can look much more amazing than the G4 ponies even though they can be pretty cool too. I takes me back too but like I told you I could never remember the names of any of the older ponies.

It looks like Star Catcher has one leg...damn that pose

Thank you!! And yes G3 hair can be a lot more interesting, they went for more colours whereas G4 often only have 1 or 2 (with the obvious exception of RD and Celestia!) and I end up remembering quite a few of the names, but there are way too many to remember them all!
And it did look like she had one leg, I was in the process of changing it when I saw your comment ya can see her other leg now, I was just being lazy!

I noticed in the update.
I was in Chesterfield the yesterday and I found a stall selling a G3 pony (I saw it a week ago) I was going to get it and give it to you but we never passed the stall since I saw a forest fairies, gothic fairy with a baby dragon and some Chinese pot figures   I know how lazy you can be. I do like the way they have designed the G4 ponies hair, so with the lines in the hair like Twilight and Rarity but the way the hair comes down at the side of the neck can be like What!? were as the G3 ponies hair looks more natural in how it flows.

Are you doing anything next week or in the weeks to come?

And yes their hair is nice, but you're not wrong it can be kinda confusing (and sometimes not make much sense ) and G3 animated hair does look a little more natural! Though there's less variation in the styles!

No problem! I don't know if you saw my Sweetie Belle line art but her hair is a mess, I am never drawing her again. I found it hard to understand which way the colours on her hair go and as for the curls lets not go their. That is true.
