I migh dissapoint you because there is only very little hair retouching and itΒ΄s like 90% cloning at 100% opacity and 10% regular dodge and burn

well, one part was photography itself, I used contrasty light (beauty dish as a main light) which combines hard light and soft light... and the other part was retouching. Dodge and burn technique will help you to reveal a shine of a skin
