Hmm, I probably wouldn't buy this on a tshirt simply because the design lends itself to quite a few different applications. Cards, Mousepads, and mini posters all come to mind!
Great job, though, your art has evolved a lot since I started watching you!. Great detail and shading on the scales, and the expression is just about perfect, especially the eye.

0_0 Wow, just, I can't even.... This looks like something taken from a professional's comic art, the lineart is the perfect thickness, and is in all of the right places and shapes, the thicker lines for the "outline" is very appealing to the eye, the shadows are all where they belong and your combination of cell and soft shading prevents it from looking too blurred and soft as well as too defined and hard. In short, you are awesome, and everyone else is marmalade.
And I hope I'm not out of place in saying this, but I think that you could, on the fur along it's spine, add some softer shading to the cells, so as to make the fur appear with less of a rigid, "set in stone" form.

THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!! ^^ I think what really makes this picture is the scales, actually. (they make everything else- including the shading- look 20% cooler XD)
And, really, you're not out of place- I was thinking that the fur/mane/whatever didn't quite look like it was shaded right. I should experiment with shading of fur and hair, because it's something that I'm not really confident with yet. (or very good at XD)
Btw "Everyone else is marmalade" made me actually laugh out loud XD...
