I've tried to think of something else to draw today and ultimately decided to dust off one of the ideas for stories involving my interpretation of the DC Comics universe I've thought about doing for a long time.

We see the Green Lantern Ch'p trusted with looking after some of the most notable DC superheroes' pets: Superman's dog Krypto, Damian Wayne/Robin's cow Bat-Cow and cat Alfred (who I've decided to give the identity of Bat-Cat) and Wonder Woman's pet Kanga (a kangaroo-like species native to Themyscira) called Jumpa.

To ensure that Ch'p is better informed about Earth animals, the H'lvenite is also accompanied by Billy Batson's friend Tawky Tawny and Lotion the Cat, who used to be the pet of Doom Patrol member Casey Brinke before he was changed into an anthropomorphic form by the machinations of Mr. Nobody.

Ch'p decides he should first take the pets to the park, where he runs into the Golden Age Green Lantern Alan Scott and they talk about how their wives are (I am aware that mainstream Alan Scott was lately been established as gay like his Earth 2 counterpart, but my interpretation is still married to Molly Mayne/The Harlequin because I found the stories about their relationship moving and I didn't quite understand why it was necessary for Alan Scott to be gay like his Earth 2 incarnation when the main reason Earth 2 Alan Scott was gay was that the initial writer intended to make up for Alan's openly gay son Obsidian being erased from canon by The New 52, and Obsidian was subsequently restored to canon along with his sister Jade as of Doomsday Clock. On the other hand, I did like the idea of Jimmy Henton being more than Alan's friend, so my interpretation of Alan is bisexual. Ch'p was also established to have a wife named M'nn'e who was instead married to his friend D'll after the alterations to history made by the Crisis on Infinite Earths, but I have M'nn'e still married to Ch'p because I felt the little guy had a raw deal, especially since we didn't know of his personal life until after the Crisis happened).
