I couldn't think of anything else to draw today, so I decided to get started on my next ambitious crossover story.

Picking up on the sequel hook I established a while back of the ex-Metal Reaper Nathaniel "Nat the Nihilist" Dunkel winding up in Arkham Asylum and conspiring with the Joker, we see the start of the two villains' plan being put into motion.

Using magic from a smuggled spellbook, the Joker causes the power ring of Sinestro Corps member Amon Sur (son of Abin Sur, predecessor to Green Lantern of Sector 2814 Hal Jordan) to leave its original bearer and instead go to the Joker. The Scarecrow is upset that he doesn't get to wear the ring, but the Joker informs him that he may intend for Dr. Jonathan Crane to insist in what he and Nat are cooking up.

After a brief scene of Venus de Milo of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stating her premonitions to her brothers Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo, we cut to the Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald incarnations of Hamburglar and Birdie the Early Bird. Birdie rushes straight to the bathroom because she needs to vomit, and Hamburglar is concerned about why this is the case and demands his avian sweetheart tell him what the problem is.
