I've decided to dust off another story idea I had for my weird crossovers. This one is a sequel to an earlier comic I made called Beat the Metal Reaper. Much like the earlier one, my intention is to experiment in seeing how many Frank Zappa references I can work into this story.

It's too early to tell if this will be a completely family-friendly story, but I can't guarantee I'll abstain from slipping in mature themes for long (especially since Frank Zappa's music is something I know for sure isn't typically appropriate for children).

We begin this adventure with a mysterious being hiding in the shadows and observing a gathering where various parents are interacting with their children (the ones we see are my original character Morris Helms holding hands with his son Francis, with Morris' husband Luke Belson out of view, in addition to the Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald incarnations of Hamburglar and Birdie the Early Bird playing with their infant son and daughter David and Ava).

Franny K. Stein and Venus de Milo of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles happen to be there, and Franny asks Venus if the Seven Little Monsters (One, Two, Three, Four Five, Six and Seven) will ever be eligible to joining the Unlikely Successful Misfits. Venus answers that she knows the seven monsters are unusual (especially considering that Seven can remove his own head without killing himself) and have been very beneficial to their community due to their sizes, strength and friendliness making them helpful allies for the other people in their area, she doesn't know if the monsters meet the requirement of being former outcasts, but she will consider if she investigates further and finds that the monsters had to earn the other people's admiration.

I've had Seven Little Monsters on the brain because I've begun revisiting the cartoon out of nostalgia. I've only seen the first three episodes so far, and whether the seven monsters will play an actual role in this story besides being mentioned on this first page will depend on whether I'll be able to finish catching up before I finish this story (and it so happens that the cartoon lasted 40 episodes, or 54 if one were to count the 28 11-minute segments of the third season as individual episodes). All I know for how I intend to use the seven monsters in the future of my comics is that I intend to explore their backstory, the fate of their father whom their Mama mentions Two is the spitting image of and to possibly explore how much the monsters would change, considering that it's been two decades since the show ended production).

Suddenly, the mysterious figure reveals himself as Franny's villainous descendant Dr. Richard Victor Franklin Stein, also referred to by the heroes as Dr. Dick Stein and preferring to be called Cousin Beef (intended as a play on the Frank Zappa album Uncle Meat). Franny is understandably confused by Dr. Dick Stein's return, since last time the heroes faced him, he was erased from existence and she vowed to ensure a fiend like him would never be born in the Stein bloodline.
