Our Halloween adventure continues with the Hooded Crime Lord making a deal with the demonic entity Farthingfire to get even with Rupert Bear.

Ned the Necromancer praises Slash II for setting Farthingfire free and asks Chinese vampire Vam-Mi of what she'll do to prevent the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and everyone they've befriended and formed alliances with from stopping them.

Vam-Mi simply states that she's looked up incidents of vampires being imprisoned and set them free so that a lot of do-gooders end up with their hands full.

We cut to the house of the now adult cartoon versions of the Garbage Pail Kids Elliot Mess and Terri Cloth, who are informed by their friends Clogged Duane, Split Kit, and Patty Putty that all their children have been captured by an old foe they defeated back when they were kids themselves.

The GPK cartoon's version of Nasty Nick (who I made up, since Nasty Nick never showed up in the cartoon in the first place) appears to confirm everyone's fears by revealing that his evil brother Evil Eddie has been freed from his tomb. Elliot is horrified by this revelation and wishes that they do something before the villainous vampire drains their kids of their blood.
