Description
This started as a dress design and it ended as a full work. I have the front version as well. I will post it once it is colored.The character is brand new. I am working on her story. I am thinking of calling her Laverne.

Even through it would be a little silly, who cares! Just look at it! The detail on this alone is enough of a blue print.

The feathers and the background look amazingly detailed, but the hair and face seem a little off to me, as if they are done in a different style which does not fit with the rest of the drawing.Maybe a less "raw" blue and more contrasts in the hair/face would help.

Ouu, this reminds me of my first experience with peacocks; they're so beautiful!!
Though whenever they ruffled their feathers, I'd always jump back; I was able to feed them at a close range!
