You know what I love ? Lovecraft ! Yes !In lovecraft there is this book that was written by a mad Arabian. It's called Necronomicon.
So I based a Pokémon on Cthuhlu and the Arabian Djinn.
It rock/psychic and is very very slow (speed is close to 0).
However it has the ability to teleport parts of its body (but never the entire body) by creating portals with its tentacles.
It's unique ability is called "portal".
Any move that involve a part of the user body (punch, kick, slam...) always attacks with the priority equal to that of quick attack.
This is one of the few pokémon that I could give a mega.

But with Ctuhlu in the mix to make it awesome.
I'd actually forgotten about Hoopa when I designed this one...
One of the least memorable legendaries to me... Well, most cute legendaries are forgetable these days.

That's true regarding the cute legendaries...Manaphy, Phione, Celebi, Jirachi...Mew seems to be the only one people remember
