No, not a rainbow, just a rainbow designed cat. XD Gift for A friend I know IRL~ Someone that finds too many four leafed clovers in their spare time ._.and lectured me about the importance of taking my flute home
whateverrr XD in 2 years i'll probably come backk, so don't forget about me lol XD anyways, a chibi cat for youu, it took me a long time to think of a design XD and i don't know what i did to the eyes.

yep, in sai XD oh it's basically like the blur tool, and like water, basically moves the colors around and blends them depending on the settings you're using XDD
lol, there's not much to it through XD you take a huge blur tool brush and just go crazy yes 8D

Wow, that sounds like fun. I'm gonna search for a water tool in gimp when I get on to a computer.
Then I'm going to try it out and hopefully it will turn out alright. If it's good enough I'll try to put it onto DA.

oh i dunno if gimp has water the last time i was using it (but that was like lots of months ago xD)i think it's still a nice program through~

nope, that's because i use water and blur XD and i have a stabilizer option with the tablet, which means it moves much more slowly so the lines are more smooth and stuff~
