 Hmm. I thought it was pretty clear. I guess I was wrong. She says "it's only a shakedown run" hints that she thinks it's sometime before the SR-1 mission to Eden Prime. Just a regular physical exam on a new ship assignment. But in reality it's very short time after her awakening on the Lazarus station. So when Chakwas asks where she thinks she is.
