Aha pretty much how i drew my shep is she made it off the citadel, lost an arm and
scarred up side of her face. awesome stuff

Yea she was pretty messed up on that side, which is why i also
had her loose an arm a lot of scarring on that side. As for getting
her arm back, i think for now she wont...she can be all one arm badass : P

In my version the beam thing didn't happen. No matter how tough cyberShep is ... there's no way she could survive that. So I removed it.

Wich is completely logical, but i think this beam is somewhat anti-matter like, as the matter touched by the ray gets obliterated and explodes at the end. Sure shep would'nt survive a direct hit, but the blastwave due to the ray hitting a nearby target/ground...

The beam is actually is a molten jet of metal alloy accelerated to a fraction of speed of light. If it hit so close to Shep as we see in the game ... there just would be nothing left of Shep. Though now that I think of it everything would end on Ranoch after Shep decides to try and evade the molten metal jet that is traveling at a fraction of speed of light .... by rolling away.

Makes sense, as the last part of the game has been written without proof reading many loopholes have'nt been filled...
yet idk how you could survive the final blast after making the crucible work without any massive injuries...

Yeah, now that it's all over, that the adrenaline rush has passed and the tension level has diminished, Liara needs to make sure Shepard' spirit doesn't crumble under the weight of those left behind, the tough decisions that had to be made, the scars left by the Reapers; both mental and physical. The strain of her journey to save the galaxy has made Shepard vulnerable to a nervous breakdown, but I'm confident that if Liara's by her side, we'll have the happiest of endings.

They're also will need to find something for Shepard too do. I don't think she has it in her to be a spectre or a soldier anymore even when her arm is fixed. Liara at least has academics, but all Shep knows is how to be a soldier. I see Shep going through depression at some point of this recovery.

Nobody is untouchable but I also think it is not necessary for hero to pay the ultimate price for victory.
For me it's a more satisfying to see them finaly get the things they fought so hard for. They're scared physically and psychologically, but I think together they'll get through it )))

Also I think this is more challenging for Shep. If you're dead - well you're dead. All your troubles are over. But for someone like Shep being in this weakened state can be very hard. So the victory didn't come without a price for her. )))

Clone won't do. Well, the arm be not as good. They need to recreate Lazarus project technologies to make a replacement arm that will work properly, the eye too. Miranda is working on it though, so no worries. Shep'll get fixed sooner or later ))
