I imagined the Icicle kiddo as an absolute nuisance. So much so that they get up so early in the morning that they wake up the whole city as their prankster alarm clock. And or being a handful whenever they can but they're still nice and whatnot to others. They just can't help themselves when they see an opportunity to prank when the chance presents itself.

And yes I made a comic because I really wanted the kiddo and went all out on new techniques and shading styles. I also numbered the panels cause it can be a little confusing to read on it's own. So I hope that helps! And one more thing, there are references all throughout this comic too. If you can find them all I'll um.. give you a cookie? xD
