Description I just love this pokemon~
I also like Treekco because it very fast for a grass type, but I guess have lots of fun with Roserade. .w.
I put the shiny form because of it's roses colors.

No problem. I have a level 27 Roselia but most of my pokemon are now around level 45-50 as I am now off to team flares HQ. Is there any way I can level my under leveled pokemons?

I believe so, you can grin in the desert part, which is on route 13 or go fishing at any route by the sea or lake with a super rod or good rod.
Hopeful that works out for you, if not you can try the battle chateau on route 7.

Once I received shiny, japanese Roserade in Pokemon Black 2 in wonder trade
