Here's Marill, another member of my Pom-Pom Pokémon collection. I made him back in 2014. He's 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) in height and 2 inches (5.08 cm) in length. Marill is made out of blue pom-poms and blue, black, and white felt. I used a diluted mixture of red and white acrylic paint to dye the felt for his inner ears (I did have red felt but it was the wrong shade, which is why I did this instead), and I draw his nose and the highlights in his eyes in with black and white acrylic paint.

The tail was kind of hard to make--I had quite a bit of trouble making the bubble stay attached. I glued some felt to the bottom of the bubble to hold it and the black part together, and I put a thin layer of glue on the underside of the black part to make it hold its zigzag shape. It looks like an M. M for Marill!
