Description
These are textures I hand-painted for my Texture Painting and Sculpting class. We were provided the geometry, which was very simple, and instructed to hand-paint the textures in Photoshop. I really, really enjoyed this assignment and texture painting in general, and I hope to make a career out of it some day. My traditional art skills are easily my strongest application in 3D works, even if I am a decent modeler as well. This month is a heavy art-based month, so expect to see more soon!Related content

Oooh, I really enjoy these! I love texture, and its so cool you were able to make these! Have you thought of making some to sell on stock sites or here? I think there would be a market since painted/drawn textures are softer than photo stock.

No, actually, I never thought of that! I didn't even know there was really a market for hand-painted textures, especially on stock sites, but that's an interesting thought...
